The "Holiday Rush" Supply Checklist: Don't Run Out in December
Can you believe it’s October? We are officially entering the "Pre-Holiday" zone.
For lash artists, November and December are the most profitable months of the year. Clients want full sets for parties, family photos, and New Year’s Eve. You will likely be working longer hours and seeing more clients than usual.
But this is also the season of Shipping Delays. Every year, we see artists panic-ordering supplies on December 15th, praying they arrive in time. Spoiler alert: With holiday mail traffic and snowstorms, packages get delayed.
Let’s get you prepped now so you can coast through December stress-free.
The "Safe Stock" Formula
How much do you actually need? Do the math. Look at your schedule. If you plan to see 20 clients a week in December, you need to have enough supplies for 30 clients a week. Why the buffer?

You will be squeezing in last-minute "emergency" fills.

You will be fixing holiday disasters (singed lashes from ovens!).

You might drop a tweezer or spill a glue bottle. Accidents happen.
Your October Shopping List
1. Adhesive (The Liquid Gold) Order 3 bottles. Keep them unopened in a cool place (or a lash fridge). You do not want to run out of glue on a Sunday when no suppliers are open.
2. The "Workhorse" Lashes Stock up heavily on C and CC curls in 10mm, 11mm, and 12mm. These are the lengths you use on 90% of clients.
