        Thank you for choosing Luxom Lash. By purchasing our professional products or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure the safety of your clients and the integrity of the Luxom Lash brand.

        1. Professional Use & Liability Disclaimer

        • Professional Only: Products sold on this site, specifically, eyelash extension adhesives (such as "Hidden Gem"), removers, and lash trays—are intended for use by licensed professionals only.

        • No Liability: Luxom Lash is not responsible for the misuse of products or any reactions caused by improper application. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are trained in the safe application of these materials.

        • Patch Testing: We highly recommend performing a patch test on all clients prior to a full application, especially when using high-performance adhesives.

        2. Refund & Return Policy

        Due to the sanitary and chemical nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy:

        • Adhesives & Liquids: For health and safety reasons, all adhesives, primers, and removers are Final Sale. We cannot verify if these products have been stored correctly once they leave our facility; therefore, they cannot be resold.

        • Lash Trays & Tools: Unopened and unused lash trays or tools may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

        • Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can provide a replacement.

        3. Digital & Educational Courses

        • No Refunds on Education: Because digital course materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, all enrollments are Non-Refundable. Once you have accessed the student portal or downloaded materials, the sale is final.

        • Certification: Enrollment in a course does not automatically guarantee certification. Certificates are awarded only upon the successful completion of all course requirements and skill assessments as determined by the instructor.

        • Intellectual Property: All course content, manuals, and videos are the property of Luxom Lash and are for your personal professional use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing this curriculum is strictly prohibited.

        4. Shipping & Weather Sensitivity

        • Temperature Sensitivity: Adhesives are sensitive to extreme heat and cold. Luxom Lash is not responsible for products compromised by being left in mailboxes or outdoors for extended periods during transit or after delivery.

        • Recommendation: We strongly suggest tracking your package and retrieving it immediately upon delivery to ensure product freshness.
